🎯 The Role
This is a senior full-stack position focused entirely on building production-grade AI agents. You'll own both the React frontend that surfaces agent workflows to users and the Python agentic logic that orchestrates LLM calls, tools, and reasoning loops. It's a hands-on engineering role that spans UI, middleware, and observability.

💼 What You'll Do
- Design and ship AI agents for business-critical internal workflows
- Implement reasoning patterns like ReAct loops using LangChain and LangGraph
- Build the React UI that users interact with when running agent workflows
- Integrate backend APIs and build custom tools that extend agent capabilities
- Orchestrate agent data flow through Python or Node.js middleware layers
- Set up logging, tracing, and observability across all agent runs
- Build reusable UI components for scale
- Contribute to architecture decisions across the stack
✅ What You'll Need
- 3+ years of full-stack experience with strong skills in Python and React.js
