🎯 The Role

As a Full Stack Builder at Razorpay, you will lead 0-to-1 product initiatives from discovery to release. You will operate with high agency, switching seamlessly between frontend and backend implementation, leveraging AI-native agentic workflows, and driving product adoption directly with end users.

💼 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end product delivery from customer discovery and UI prototyping to production code and launch.
• Flex between UI development, backend logic, and API integrations depending on what the problem demands.
• Harness AI-native workflows, agentic skills, and MCP servers to dramatically accelerate build cycles.
• Work directly on ambiguous 0→1 projects with complete autonomy and minimal red tape.
• Track product performance, user adoption, and feedback loops to continuously iterate on shipped solutions.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3-6 years of experience building software as a product engineer, technical PM, or full stack builder.
• Deep customer-first mindset with strong product sense and curiosity about the "why" behind features.
• Advanced fluency with AI coding environments (Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs, and LLMs).
• Ability to independently read code, debug issues, and adjust CI/CD workflows when needed.
• High comfort with ambiguity and a proven track record of shipping working products.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Experience orchestrating multi-agent systems or building custom AI tools.
