🎯 The Role

As a Frontend Software Engineer in the Innovation Department, you will help build and evolve the web applications powering Learnlight's learning ecosystem. You will collaborate with product designers, backend teams, and engineering leadership to deliver performant, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces for thousands of enterprise learners worldwide.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain complex, performant web applications using React.js and modern web standards.
• Partner closely with product designers and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, responsive UI components.
• Implement strict web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines to ensure an inclusive learning experience for all users.
• Write clean, modular, well-tested code following internal coding standards and architectural patterns.
• Profile and optimize frontend performance to guarantee fast page loads and smooth interactions.
• Mentor fellow developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and stay updated with modern frontend ecosystem advancements.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 5 years of hands-on professional frontend development experience with React.js.
• Strong expertise in vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS layout techniques.
• Practical experience consuming and integrating GraphQL and RESTful APIs on the client side.
• A strong commitment to web accessibility (WCAG) and responsive web design.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies and collaborative project management tools.
• Advanced English communication skills for collaborating across globally distributed teams.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with centralized state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Experience writing automated unit and integration tests with Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
• Prior background working on EdTech or high-scale interactive SaaS applications.
