🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer on the internal tools and AI applications team, you will shape how users interact with and trust local AI assistant technology (such as QV.AC). You will translate complex machine learning models into fluid, responsive human interfaces, building production features across web and cross-platform desktop shells while ensuring exceptional execution performance and state reliability.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build, optimize, and maintain responsive user interfaces for AI assistant interfaces and internal platform tooling.
• Write clean, modular, and extensively tested frontend code with a focus on long-term maintainability.
• Architect scalable client state models handling asynchronous streams and real-time updates.
• Profile client rendering, memory allocation, and frame rates to eliminate lag in intensive workloads.
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teammates across product, backend, and security domains.

✅ What You'll Need

• Proven background shipping production-grade applications using React, Preact, and modern TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Deep familiarity with frontend state management paradigms using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar stores.
• Solid experience in writing comprehensive automated tests and debugging complex client interactions.
• Demonstrated curiosity or background with peer-to-peer architectures and distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and operate productively in a fully remote, international team.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Practical experience building cross-platform desktop software using Electron or Tauri.
• Familiarity with WebRTC, media stream processing, or audio/video protocols.
• Track record of open-source contributions in decentralized or P2P technologies.
