🎯 The Role

As a Frontend SDE-I, you will be part of the central web team, driving the development of highly performant, scalable, and modular web applications. You will work closely with Design, Product, Backend, and Analytics to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces and shape the future of banking in India.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and scale high-performance frontend applications.
• Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with UI/UX designs.
• Optimize apps for speed, lazy loading, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement SPA, SSR, and cutting-edge micro-frontend architectures.
• Configure and manage frontend bundlers like Vite and Webpack.
• Actively participate in code reviews and collaborate across functional teams.

✅ What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of solid frontend web development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and React.js.
• Deep understanding of SPA architecture, component-based design, and state management.
• Hands-on experience optimizing frontend performance and configuring build tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and UI component libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on clean code.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerized deployment.
• Curiosity to explore AI technologies and integrate them into products.
