🎯 The Role

Aida is hiring a frontend or frontend-leaning full stack engineer to join as an early member of the extended founding engineering team. In this role, you will build user-facing AI products from the ground up, develop modular component systems, and design rich interactive workflows.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver core frontend features for conversational AI agents.
• Build and maintain clean, standalone UI component libraries.
• Ensure exceptional performance, responsiveness, and visual polish across customer surfaces.
• Collaborate directly with founders and AI researchers to iterate on customer feedback.
• Take full ownership of frontend delivery with flexibility to contribute to full-stack APIs.

✅ What You'll Need

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience building production web interfaces in React.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining reusable UI component libraries.
• Sound understanding of data structures, frontend system design, and performance.
• High agency and comfort working in a fast-paced early-stage startup.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS and TanStack Query.
• Previous experience in early-stage growth startups.
• Degree in Computer Science from a top program.
