🎯 The Role
As a Frontend Engineer, you will be a key player in maintaining, upgrading, and supporting the technical systems that power Warner Music Group’s global operations. This hybrid role combines software engineering with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and operational support, requiring adaptability, technical breadth, and a strong customer focus. You will thrive if you enjoy keeping complex systems healthy, scalable, and resilient in production.

💼 What You'll Do
- Write clean, maintainable code using Angular or React.
- Upgrade application frameworks to ensure security, support, and performance.
- Debug and resolve system errors.
- Monitor production systems, improve observability, and proactively resolve issues.
- Lead root cause analyses for outages and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct performance and scalability testing, identifying and optimizing bottlenecks.
- Partner with business and operations users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Automate manual workflows for efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations for high-priority production incidents.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and contribute to knowledge bases and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through process automation and tooling.
✅ What You'll Need
- At least 4 years of experience in software development, ideally with Angular/React.
- Experience with relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries.
- Effective communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
- Comfort working collaboratively in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience working with and modernizing enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud resources, preferably in AWS.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across desktop, network, and web layers.
