🎯 The Role
This is a full-time contract role for a Frontend Engineer, expected to last from August to December 2026. You will join an AI-first engineering team to craft large-scale software, focusing on driving growth and creating exceptional user experiences. The role requires availability for meetings in Central Time with daily overlap.

💼 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain frontend functionality using React and TypeScript.
- Develop clear, reliable user experiences for a data-rich web portal.
- Integrate frontend functionality with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Write clean, readable, and well-tested code.
- Utilize AI tools daily to streamline development, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers in a remote-first environment, communicating progress, blockers, and risks proactively.
- Proactively identify and take ownership of solutions for bugs, performance bottlenecks, or architectural risks.
✅ What You'll Need
- An AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Proven experience building at least one large-scale system from scratch.
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience with React.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an asynchronous, remote setting.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, identifying and solving problems independently.
- Comfort operating in a 100% operational role, managing priorities and complexity autonomously.
