🎯 The Role

As a Frontend Engineer, you will have a significant impact working in small, dedicated teams. You'll collaborate directly with startup founders and CTOs to shape products, solve user problems, and make critical architectural decisions—especially on greenfield projects.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build high-quality UIs and frontend architectures using TypeScript and React
• Lead technical decisions on greenfield projects and influence stack choices
• Act as a 'manager of one', taking ownership of tasks and communicating transparently
• Explain architectural decisions clearly to both engineers and non-engineers
• Work alongside product owners and designers to build polished, accessible experiences

✅ What You'll Need

• Deep understanding of web tools, frameworks, LLMs, and browser functionality
• Respect for CSS, UX, and design—not just JavaScript logic
• Experience working within an English-speaking product team
• Ability to overlap at least 3 hours with Pacific Time daily
• Node.js server-side knowledge is a strong plus
