🎯 The Role

Anaplan is hiring a Frontend Engineer for a hybrid role in Gurugram. In this role, you will take ownership of major user-facing capabilities in Anaplan's collaborative planning platform, engineering performant and responsive interfaces capable of rendering complex, multi-dimensional business datasets.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex UI features across Anaplan's core suite
• Optimize client-side rendering, network payloads, and memory footprint for data-intensive grids
• Define reusable, accessible, and testable component interfaces within the team's design system
• Mentor team members and guide architectural decisions across monorepo packages
• Partner with product managers and UX designers to deliver enterprise-grade usability

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience engineering large-scale, long-lived frontend web applications
• 3+ years of experience leading feature development using React and TypeScript
• In-depth understanding of web performance tuning (virtualization, debouncing, code-splitting)
• Strong grasp of web standards, accessible markup (WCAG), and responsive layout techniques
• Proven ability to write modular, well-tested code with rigorous attention to detail

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience building spreadsheet-like interfaces, data grids, or financial calculation tools
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and monorepo tooling
