🎯 The Role

As a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer on the Ads Manager team, you will help build tools that allow advertisers to seamlessly create and manage campaigns at scale. You will own medium-sized frontend projects end-to-end—from technical design and scoping to implementation, testing, and deployment.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Frontend: Modern web technologies, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web Components
• Engineering: Component libraries, design systems, performance monitoring, automated testing

💼 What You'll Do

• Build intuitive, accessible web interfaces for campaign management
• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements
• Lead technical design, testing, and rollout of frontend features
• Elevate code quality through thorough reviews and technical documentation
• Enhance application performance, fix bugs, and create reusable UI patterns

✅ What You'll Need

• 3+ years of overall software engineering experience, including 2+ years dedicated to frontend engineering
• Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining production web applications
• Ability to independently evaluate technical tradeoffs and deliver clean solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a collaborative team setting

• Experience working on advertising products, creative management tools, or design systems
• Direct cross-functional experience partnering with product and design teams
