🎯 The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer / Frontend Developer contractor, you will create reinforcement learning environments that rigorously test AI agents on complex software engineering problems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools. You will be responsible for creating reproducible setups, deterministic assertions, and golden reference solutions for debugging, refactoring, and feature development.

💼 What You'll Do
- Build realistic, reproducible reinforcement learning environments simulating real software engineering workflows.

- Develop deterministic verification harnesses and golden reference solutions to score agent outputs.
- Assess how effectively AI models reason through large codebases and invoke MCP tools.
- Document tasks clearly and deliver actionable technical evaluations of model performance.
