🎯 The Role
As a Front End Engineer on the Information Technology team, you will engineer and maintain ultra-responsive, low-latency user interfaces for front-office trading applications. You will collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, backend developers, and product managers to construct real-time data visualizations and complex trading workflows.

💼 What You'll Do
- Build scalable React-based web interfaces that power mission-critical trading applications.

- Optimize web UI performance and render speed across complex data-heavy screens.
- Integrate RESTful endpoints, streaming interfaces, and WebAssembly modules into front-end apps.
- Enforce code quality through code reviews, automated unit testing, and architectural best practices.
✅ What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience engineering modern web applications with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- 5+ years of production experience with React, functional components, hooks, and modern frontend patterns.
- Strong expertise in handling real-time streaming data (WebSockets, SSE) for charts, data grids, and dashboards.
- Proficiency in modern state management solutions such as Redux or Zustand.
