🎯 The Role

As a Front-End Engineer II on the Paragon team within Stores, you will help shape the next generation of case management platforms. Paragon Workbench is a mission-critical application relied upon daily by more than 200 internal business teams to resolve complex customer issues and investigate fraud. You will architect intuitive workflows that simplify complex problem identification, mitigation, and customer communication.

💼 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust client-side applications using React and modern web patterns
• Build reusable UI component libraries and contribute to composable micro-frontend systems
• Take ownership of technical design decisions and participate actively in team architectural discussions
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and platform engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive UI features
• Profile client interfaces for speed, responsiveness, and seamless cross-browser behavior
• Elevate team engineering rigor through meaningful code reviews, architectural documentation, and production troubleshooting

✅ What You'll Need

• 4+ years of strong computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving)
• 2+ years of non-internship professional frontend development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Direct experience developing complex production applications with React, Angular, or equivalent modern frameworks
• Understanding of responsive web design, browser rendering cycles, and accessibility standards
• Demonstrated track record of building and deploying resilient frontend systems

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern build tooling
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and design systems at enterprise scale
• Experience operating within fast-paced Agile software development workflows
