🎯 The Role

Atmosera is looking for a Front End Developer to own and evolve the user interfaces for internal tools. Alongside that primary focus, you will grow into full ownership of Power BI reporting, building on hands-on Power BI experience to take on report and dashboard delivery. Your day-to-day will center on building and improving user interfaces while making reporting reliable, consistent, and easy to maintain.

• Power BI, DAX, Power Query/M
• SQL
• Python (deployment/automation)

💼 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the user interfaces for Atmosera's internal tools
• Build and improve UI features to make internal tools more usable and consistent
• Take full ownership of Power BI reports, dashboards, and the report-deployment process
• Partner with engineering and client-facing teams to surface the right data in the right way
• Define and document standard measures, naming conventions, and templates for reporting consistency

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of hands-on front-end web development experience
• Strong front-end development skills with React or a similar modern framework
• Solid, hands-on Power BI experience with the ability to own report and dashboard delivery
• Working knowledge of Power BI data layer: semantic models, DAX, Power Query/M, and SQL
• Comfort learning and eventually owning an existing Python-based deployment/automation codebase
• Strong written and spoken English for technical, non-technical, and client-facing collaboration
• Experience partnering with engineers and cross-functional teams and improving an inherited platform
• Strong eye for design and usability with judgment to reduce brittle, manual deployment steps

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI Projects (PBIP) and TMDL semantic-model definitions
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, or UX tooling such as Figma
• Familiarity with Azure Resource Graph, Log Analytics/KQL, and Microsoft Sentinel
