BMC Software builds enterprise IT management tools used by a large share of major global companies. The Education Services team is rebuilding how enterprise customers learn, using AI-driven, personalized experiences.

🎯 The Role

This is a hybrid frontend + AI engineering role. You'll build customer-facing learning experiences that combine React/Angular UI work with LLM-powered personalization, conversational AI, and AI avatars — built from the ground up, not bolted onto an existing product.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React or Angular
• LLMs and GenAI application frameworks
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• LangChain or multi-agent frameworks (nice to have)
• APIs, microservices integration

💼 What You'll Do

• Design AI-powered learning experiences and recommendation workflows
• Build intelligent agents for personalized learning paths
• Develop conversational and guided learning UI using GenAI
• Modernize the Education Services web experience
• Build learner dashboards and progress tracking
• Integrate AI avatar-based learning features

✅ What You'll Need

• 5-6 years overall software engineering experience
• 2-3+ years hands-on AI/ML or GenAI development
• Strong React or Angular skills
• Experience with APIs, backend integration, microservices
• Solid UX instincts for interactive web apps

🌟 Nice to Have

• RAG or recommendation systems experience
• EdTech/LMS background
• Conversational AI or AI avatar interface experience
