🎯 The Role

PVH is seeking a Senior Front-End Architect to lead the technical design, architectural strategy, and execution of modern, headless eCommerce storefronts powered by Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). In this role, you will champion the adoption of the Composable Storefront (PWA Kit) and Managed Runtime to deliver highly responsive, ADA-compliant, and secure digital storefronts for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

You will define the front-end technical vision, guide development squads, enforce best engineering practices, and bridge business requirements with cutting-edge composable commerce solutions.

💼 What You'll Do

• Provide architectural leadership and technical direction for global eCommerce storefront engineering.
• Lead the design and deployment of Composable Storefronts using Salesforce PWA Kit and Managed Runtime.
• Define and execute API integration strategies connecting frontend layers with SFCC backend services, headless CMS platforms, and third-party vendors.
• Optimize front-end systems for maximum speed, scalability, SEO discoverability, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG compliance).
• Mentor engineering teams, lead architectural reviews, and maintain dependency hygiene, vulnerability audits, and code standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production bottlenecks and system-level performance challenges.

✅ What You'll Need

• 8+ years of front-end software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural capacity.
• Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and modern composable architectures.
• Deep hands-on experience developing with PWA Kit (Composable Storefront) and Managed Runtime.
• Strong mastery of React, modern JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Proven track record in API-first development, event-driven architectures, and third-party integrations.
• Solid grounding in accessibility engineering (WCAG/ADA), web security, dependency management, and performance profiling.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Official Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer or Architect certifications.
• Prior experience delivering composable headless commerce for enterprise multi-brand retail or fashion conglomerates.
• Experience with GraphQL API aggregation layers and CDN edge caching strategies.
