🎯 The Role
As a Principal Front-End Engineer (AVP), you will lead development teams building and maintaining web applications that power digital experiences for over 60 million customers. You'll act as a translator between business and engineering, coach junior talent, and champion the responsible adoption of AI coding assistants.

💼 What You'll Do
- Lead development teams through all phases of Agile
- Coach junior engineers including pair-programming and AI code review

- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide 24x7 on-call support

- Bachelor's degree + 5+ years full stack development with strong React focus
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Redux, Styled-Components, RTL/Cypress
- Familiarity with AI-native concepts (RAG, MCP, agent orchestration)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
