🎯 The Role

As an Associate Principal Engineer for Frontend, you will be the cornerstone of our R&D efforts in Bangalore. You are empowered to lead technology development, manage software lifecycles, and act as the first point of contact for complex technical challenges. You will collaborate with global teams in Norway, Sweden, and Germany to build core industrial applications.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• AngularJS (Core Framework)
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• RESTful APIs & SQL (PostgreSQL)
• Microsoft Azure & Kubernetes
• C# and .NET Core (Supportive)

💼 What You'll Do

• Shape the architecture of next-generation industrial control software.
• Maintain deep technical proficiency in modern web methodologies and tools.
• Design and implement new features while resolving critical system issues reported by global users.
• Lead design discussions, IP strategy initiatives, and technical training sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement through CI/CD optimization and workflow automation.

✅ What You'll Need

• 8–10 years of experience with a high-performing software team.
• At least 6 years specifically dedicated to AngularJS design and development.
• Practical experience with relational, time-series, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from Bangalore.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience in Industrial Automation or Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and LINQ.
• Proficiency in containerization tools like OpenShift or MicroShift.
