🎯 The Role

As a Staff UI Engineer, you will be responsible for building polished, high-performance user experiences leveraging Kaseya's Unified Data Platform. You will turn complex data workflows into intuitive interfaces for analytics, portals, and BI tools. This is a high-level individual contributor role that balances deep technical execution with architectural leadership and mentorship.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• TypeScript & JavaScript
• React, Vue, or Angular
• Tailwind CSS & Design Systems
• Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Recoil
• GraphQL & RESTful APIs
• WebAssembly (WASM) for performance-critical tasks

💼 What You'll Do

• Build modern, accessible web UIs using a scalable component-driven architecture.
• Develop robust state management patterns for data-heavy screens and complex workflows.
• Lead UI performance engineering efforts, including profiling and optimizing render paths.
• Evolve design system components and documentation to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features that are both fast and reliable.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 6 years of experience building production web applications at scale.
• Deep expertise in modern CSS, including theming, tokens, and responsive design.
• Proven track record of optimizing application performance and bundle sizes.
• Strong product design instincts regarding layout, typography, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering and stakeholders.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with WebAssembly (WASM) for performance-sensitive use cases.
• In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards.
• Experience working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
