🎯 The Role

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you'll be a core contributor to the CoverForce web platform — building the onboarding flows, authentication, quote/bind/pay experiences, and the complex forms that power them. You'll help architect reusable component libraries used across multiple customer-facing portals. This is a high-ownership role ideal for engineers who want to shape product, architecture, and engineering culture from an early stage.

• RESTful APIs in a mono-repo architecture

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain core reusable UI components across multiple front-end experiences
• Design configurable component libraries for business and consumer customer types
• Implement responsive design, performance best practices, and modern UX patterns
• Identify and drive improvements to platform quality, stability, and scalability
• Conduct thorough code reviews that uplift the team's output
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers on complex flows

✅ What You'll Need

• 3+ years of production software engineering experience
• Strong ReactJS skills with ANT Design and RESTful API experience
• Experience in mono-repo setups and agile team environments
• A high standard of code quality with a focus on testability
• Clear communication when scoping and solving technical problems

• Prior startup experience and comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Hands-on experience with the full CoverForce stack: Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB
