🎯 The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead complex initiatives within the technology domain. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from high-level planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment. This role requires a balance of strong technical leadership and hands-on execution within a cloud-native environment.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead team efforts to meet existing and potential client needs while adhering to compliance policies.
• Design and implement scalable APIs including versioning, pagination, and input validation.
• Optimize frontend performance through lazy loading, bundle analysis, and modular UI architecture.
• Build and maintain real-time streaming applications with event-time processing and state management.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools and LLM ecosystems like RAG and prompt engineering into workflows.
• Ensure production readiness through structured logging, tracing, and metrics collection.

✅ What You'll Need

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Engineering (7+ years highly preferred).
• Expertise in building frontend applications using React and component-based UI design.
• Solid understanding of testing and quality practices, including mocking and test automation.
• Knowledge of secure software engineering principles, including OAuth2/OIDC and OWASP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

🌟 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with micro-frontend concepts.
• Experience with background processing tools like Celery or Redis.
• Knowledge of 12-factor and cloud-native design principles.
