💼 What You'll Do
- Architect and develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using the React ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of new features, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code while adhering to strict quality standards.
- Proactively troubleshoot complex issues and provide root-cause solutions to improve system reliability.
- Contribute to the evolution of frontend best practices and design systems within the organization.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
✅ What You'll Need
- Extensive experience building and scaling large-scale web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and component-based architecture.
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong background in automated testing, including unit, integration, and E2E tests.
- Ability to work with both SQL and NoSQL database systems to support full-stack requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to software delivery.
