🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Cashfree, you will be primarily responsible for driving cross-team platform initiatives and elevating the overall frontend architecture. You will mentor junior developers, architect new scalable libraries, and enforce rigorous SDLC best practices across the engineering floor.

💼 What You'll Do

• Spearhead cross-org efforts to refine and optimize the global frontend codebase.
• Play a crucial role in technical designing and effort estimations for complex features.
• Architect and deliver highly performant, accessible, and rich web applications.
• Develop a reusable component system and robust frontend libraries.
• Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, rigorous code reviews, and comprehensive testing.
• Guide, upskill, and mentor incoming engineering talent.

✅ What You'll Need

• Over 6 years of dedicated experience in frontend development.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
• Proven track record of configuring end-to-end UI workflows (Dev -> Test -> Build -> Deploy).
• Extensive expertise in the React ecosystem, HTML5, CSS3, and core web vitals.
• Deep understanding of MVC, modern JS frameworks, UI design patterns, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first collaborative mindset.
