As a Front-End Engineer on our dedicated innovation team, you will build the next generation of high-performance web experiences. This role is designed for a builder who thrives on speed and ownership, working closely with senior leadership to take experimental, AI-accelerated ideas to market rapidly.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect AI-driven, personalized user journeys that scale for millions of users.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered features like chat interfaces and smart content generation.
• Transition from concept to production-ready prototypes within days using AI-assisted development tools.
• Design robust frontend systems that integrate seamlessly with AI-powered backends.
• Drive innovation in AI-assisted UI generation and optimize real-time user experiences.
• Maintain high standards for application performance and reliability in a high-traffic environment.

• Experience: 3+ years in professional web application development.
• Frameworks: Deep mastery of React, Next.js, and modern state management.
